The water-based, natural-coloured Care Oil from the Danish manufacturer WOCA is ideal for naturally oiled wooden floors. The solvent-free WOCA Care oil is easy to apply by hand or machine. Regular treatment strengthens the upper pore layer, making your wooden floor more hard-wearing and robust. At the same time, WOCA Oil Care intensifies the natural wood grain and wood colour. So in addition to long-term protection, your floor gets an extra portion of radiance and attractiveness. WOCA Oil Care natural is particularly suitable for darker wood types and naturally oiled surfaces, while WOCA Oil Care white is available for light-coloured, white leached woods. In any case, it is advisable to apply a test coat on an inconspicuous area to be sure that the oil is really good for your floor.

This is how treatment with WOCA Oil Care works

Before treating your wood floor with WOCA Oil Care, you should clean it thoroughly with WOCA intensive cleaner and then allow it to dry for at least 8 hours. The product, room and floor temperature should be between 15°C - 35°C for oil treatment. Good room ventilation is important during the following steps. Shake the canister with your WOCA Oil Care natural vigorously and apply the oil evenly with a polishing pad or cotton cloth. A polishing machine is very helpful and effective for treating large surfaces. Polish the oil in as thoroughly as possible until the treated wood is completely saturated. Before you can walk on your freshly treated floor again as usual, it should dry for at least 6 - 12 hours. It therefore makes sense to treat the floor in the afternoon or evening. By the way, it takes 3 - 5 days for WOCA Oil Care to harden sufficiently for you to be able to damp mop your parquet floor again
