Skaben design flooring Rhino 55 Milano Natural Oak brings the natural beauty of a light oak floor to your rooms, but avoids the problems of an oak wood floor. This multi-layer Skaben design floor looks and feels deceptively real, almost like a wood floor too. However, it is cheaper, easier to install, less sensitive and very easy to maintain. Its special construction makes it waterproof, making it suitable for use in wet areas as well as for installation over hot water underfloor heating systems.What you should consider when installing this flooringThisSkaben flooring is glued down over the entire surface. This is possible on almost any solid subfloor. Before you start gluing, please make sure that the subfloor is dust-free and clean, solid, level and free of cracks, as well as dry and absorbent. Both the planks of the flooring and the adhesive should be given 48 hours to acclimatize in the room before installation. During this time, the room temperature must be between 19 °C and 30 °C. The temperature of the subfloor should be about 15 °C and the relative humidity in the room should not exceed 65 %. These environmental conditions should be maintained for at least 48 hours after installation. If you want to install Skaben flooring over underfloor heating, it must be switched off and remain switched off for 24 hours after installation.
