For which types of parquet and substrates is this Skaben eco parquet adhesive suitable

The pasty parquet adhesive is particularly suitable for the professional installation of mosaic floorboards, strip flooring, solid parquet floorboards, solid planks, upright lamella parquet, as well as bamboo and smoked oak. The light brown adhesive is elastic and cures without shrinkage. This adhesive is easy to remove from lacquered parquet. Another plus of the ecologically safe parquet adhesive is the additional impact sound improvement of your new parquet floor.

Good to know!

On most subfloors, no additional primer is required with this highly absorbent and effective adhesive! Depending on the parquet format and subfloor, you will need between 800 and 1200 grams per square meter with this parquet adhesive. Thanks to the considerable absorbency, floating of the parquet later is virtually impossible, which becomes especially helpful with large-format planks. At the earliest 48 hours after gluing, you may sand and seal your attractive parquet floor.

This is how parquet gluing works!

First bring the Skaben Öko parquet adhesive to the intended temperature. If a surface skin has formed, you must remove it and not simply stir it in! Now apply the parquet adhesive evenly and sparingly to the existing substrate using a suitable toothed strip. Do not forget to provide a wall clearance of approx. 10 mm. Make sure that the product does not rise up through the parquet joints due to excessive amounts of adhesive. To prevent the parquet floor from floating in general, you can weigh down the planks while the adhesive is working. This adhesive makes laying the floor a breeze.
