Structure of the design floor
Strictly speaking, a design floor looks like a vinyl floor, but does not belong to this category. This new type of flooring also has a plastic carrier layer. During production, care is taken to use harmless materials. This means that PET (polyethylene terephthalate) or PP (polypropylene), which is free of plasticisers, is used in production. The design floor from Wineo has the advantages of a vinyl floor, but not the disadvantages.
The Wineo 600 Wood XL series features synchronous embossing. The design of this product line is therefore particularly close to the original (wood, wood grain). This look gives the observer the authentic image of a wooden floor.
Service classes are the durability for specific areas. There are three distinguishing criteria here. The number 2 stands for the private sector, the number 3 for the commercial sector and the number 4 for the industrial sector. The second digit expresses the load-bearing capacity or durability of the floor. This means that the figure "23" stands for heavy private use. The figure "32" would then be normal use in a commercial environment and the figure "41" would be low load capacity in an industrial environment.
Processing of the design floor
Wineo gives its customers the opportunity to choose between two installation methods. The XL planks can be ordered for either the gluing or the clicking method. Both variations are easy to implement.
