Allrounder for every living area

The Parador design floor is also made of high-quality polypropylene and is suitable for every area of application. Polypropylene is a sustainable plastic that is free of plasticizers. The backing board of the flooring is also made of wood that comes from sustainable forestry. For example, the floors from the Modular ONE series have the PEFC seal. The organic flooring is rounded off by an integrated footfall sound insulation made of cork, a renewable and healthy material

Due to its shape as a plank with a V-shaped mini bevel all around, this floor is an easy-care alternative to real wood, tiles or laminate. The polypropylene layer makes the warm floor slightly elastic and therefore particularly easy on the joints. The feel of the structured surface is reminiscent of real wood and gives the floor that certain something. When laying in damp rooms, such as the bathroom, the surface also has the advantage of being slip-resistant. But it is not only its pleasant feel and elasticity that make the flooring from the Modular ONE series the perfect flooring for bathrooms: it is also completely resistant to moisture, even if it comes into contact with standing water. For this purpose, the core is also equipped with a swelling protection which prevents warping in case of moisture.

For laying, the panels are firmly connected by means of a patented click connection, the Safe-Lock PRO. The floating installation can be easily implemented on most old floorings. Since the design floor is only 8 mm high, no major conversion measures are usually necessary. This floor covering is therefore ideal for renovation. Another advantage is that it can be walked on again immediately after laying. If the subfloor has only slight unevenness, this is compensated by the cork underside.

Fusion grey - modern ambience

The light grey tone of this floor is designed with a slight colour gradient that visually loosens up the floor and is almost reminiscent of a wood grain. The colour tone can be combined well with wooden furniture, because it elegantly stays in the background. The floor has the structure of 1-plank country house floorboards with a fine joint. This additionally structures the room. The joint also enhances the effect of a solid floor, giving the flooring a high-quality appearance.
