This is achieved by striking knots and core components in the wood. In addition, the surface contains knotholes and cracks that have been smoothed out by the Wood-Powder technique. The result is a highly individual, natural and lively looking wooden floor.This is what you should consider before laying the Master Lindura wood floorBefore you open the packages with the wooden planks, the planks must acclimatize. To do this, lay the packages flat on the floor in the room where the planks are to be laid. In summer, 48 hours are sufficient for acclimatisation, in winter you should allow 3 - 4 days for this. Make sure that the room temperature during installation is between 15°C and 20°C. The relative humidity may be between 30 % and 65 %. The substrate must be firm, clean and level. Level means that there are no unevennesses greater than 3 mm. The substrate must also be sufficiently dry. This condition is met if the residual moisture of a mineral substrate without heating is not more than 2%. If underfloor heating is present, the value drops to 1.8%. For an anhydrite screed, the values are 0.5 % (unheated) and 0.3 % (heated). The measurement should be carried out by a specialist using the CM method.How to clean and maintain the Master Lindura wooden floorFor final cleaning (cleaning after laying) and ongoing cleaning, use "CC Parquet and Cork Cleaner" diluted with water in a ratio of 1:200. Use it to wipe the wooden floor with a damp cloth. For the refreshing care, which you should carry out approximately once a year, use the product "CC Parquet and Cork Cleaner" undiluted. If more intensive cleaning is required, use "CC Intensive Cleaner for Hard Floors" undiluted.
