This wooden floor is built up of several layers of carefully selected, first-class natural materials. This gives the floor its special properties. At the same time, only about 1/8 of the oak used in other multi-layer parquet floors is needed for its production. This makes this wood floor particularly environmentally friendly.Its core is the HDF middle layer, a pressed layer of wood fibers. It is equipped with AquaStop edge impregnation, which makes it resistant to moisture penetration. In addition, on its edges sit the elements of the click connection system. In other multilayer floors, the wear layer made of precious wood lies on the HDF middle layer. In this Meister Lindura wood floor, however, there is a Wood Powder layer between the middle layer and the wear layer made of oak. It consists of a mixture of wood fibers, mineral materials and natural additives. This Wood Powder layer is firmly pressed with the wear layer and gives it a special compressive strength with lower wood consumption. The top layer of oak wood is treated with natural oils and waxes, creating a protective, breathable surface. It has a moisture-regulating effect and a positive influence on the indoor climate. At the same time, this surface treatment particularly emphasizes the structure and grain of the oak wood. Under the middle layer there is a counter layer, which also consists of a layer of precious wood reinforced with Wood Powder. It gives the planks their dimensional stability.
