In sharp distinction, the brand manufacturer MEISTER® lets its new design creation from the MeisterDesign Oak Bayfield series appear in two strongly differing colours. First of all, there is the background of the primary colour yellow, which varies between ivory and sandy yellow, and the sapwood and knot parts in brown-beige which stand out from it. Seen from a distance, these color contrasts become blurred, but in close-up they reveal an irregular pattern of different grains, cracks and other conspicuous features. This is due to the structure of the short plank, which is available in both 1-strip and 2-strip designs. With the latter in particular, the decor consisting of two foils is arranged either parallel or offset.

Nowadays, a floor should not only shine visually, but also be easy to clean and handle. Furthermore, the ergonomics of the flooring should provide a high degree of functionality in the interior. While easy cleaning of the floor surface is ensured in the case of this laminate flooring by an easy-to-clean structure with abrasion class AC3, installation is child's play thanks to the integrated Multiclic joint. The approximately 7.0 millimetre thick profile is therefore the result of four innovative layers, each of which can be assigned a different function. While the décor image represents a true-to-nature wood reproduction, a dimensionally stable HDF middle layer and a hard-wearing overlay have been used to protect it. The HDF layer also stabilises the entire plank in room dimensions

In terms of design, a multi-strip version, the laminate from the brand manufacturer MEISTER® can be laid as a floating floor. The 1-strip and 2-strip short planks are equipped with a circumferential micro joint, which stands out well in the area. The environmentally friendly floor covering has been material-technically tested by the Institut für Bauen und Wohnen e.V. (Institute for Building and Living) and is rated as low emission. The floor covering with the use classes 23/31 has also been awarded the Blue Angel. In summary, this results in the following picture:

In the interior design of one's own home, however, the raw wood look becomes the focal point of every fireplace room, bar or cosy living room. Highly variable in features, the near-natural flooring can adapt to many designs and furnishing options, both in terms of color and texture. The laminate could almost be categorised as vintage.
