An organic soil with excellent properties
When planning this PU floor, the manufacturer placed particular emphasis on combining sustainability, practicality and versatility. The result is a surface that successfully withstands all stresses and strains while remaining particularly easy to clean. Unpleasant traces of chair castors can occur here almost as little as abrasion or permanent scratches, which are otherwise easily caused by moving furniture. The low-emission organic floor is free of harmful softeners and is one of the first of its kind to be awarded both the Blue Angel environmental certificate and the PEFC seal.
Perfect installation with the patented SafeLock Pro system
The modular design of the planks allows for the easiest possible connection thanks to Parador's Clicksystem. This results in a particularly even image, which prevents gaps from forming in the first place that could allow moisture to penetrate. This even allows the use in the bathroom. Due to the almost seamless installation as well as the low thermal resistance, the use over underfloor heating is no problem. This means that the Modular One is versatile and can be used both in private homes and in the commercial sector for intensive use.
Sophisticated product structure for optimal use and homely design
The total 8 mm thick structure consists of three layers. The high-quality printed top layer consists of polypropylene designed for extreme stress. Chamfered edges provide an authentic appearance, which is supported by the structured surface, creating a very natural impression. The top layer lies on a special carrier plate that provides protection for up to four hours in the event of major wetness. This core element also carries the patented click mechanism of the SafeLock system. The integrated cork footfall sound insulation forms the lower end of this Design PU floor.
